Customers who have purchased a product from Elightwalk will receive free updates by logging into our shop. For the latest information, consider subscribing to our blog or newsletter.

We offer free frequent update services for customers to use the latest version of our products with more additional features. We provide 1 years of frequent update service. Customers can update their product versions till 1 years after successfully purchasing for our website.

Elgithwalk owns all Products sold on this website. Without Elgithwalk's consent, you are banned from duplicating, redistributing, using, or publishing any products. You may not use our code in whole or in part in any other program, product, or website.

Product Customizations

Elightwalk may provide customization services on the customer's behalf. We guarantee to perform the works specified in the agreement for the customer, and the customer agrees to accept the work results and pay the associated costs.

Terms and Conditions:

Customization will be tailored to meet the specified needs. This does not include any additional alterations or changes.
Any extra or further adjustments will be treated as a new project and priced individually. Installation support is not included with customization.
Customization is guaranteed solely for the site on which we are working. Free installation assistance is only available for extensions purchased from our extension store.
After completing the project, customization assistance will be available for one month. You must extend the support period for more help, and we will charge you an additional fee.
Please refrain from making any file changes while using the Customization Service. If you make any changes, please notify us beforehand and backup the file/folder/database/setting.
Even during the project's free support time, we are not liable for any changes/updates/upgrades to the site or applying customization to other sites.

Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is crucial to our business philosophy. If you're dissatisfied with our extensions or services in any way, please get in touch with us for a refund using your Transaction ID within 15 days of your purchase. Before buying an extension, please review the screenshots on our website.

If you have any questions, feel free to Contact Us. Refund processing may take up to 7 business days. We reserve the right to take legal action if you continue to use our extensions or services after receiving reimbursements.

Our Terms and Conditions

To be more specific, please explain why you're requesting a refund, and feedback will help us enhance our extension and services.
If you disagree with our Extension & Service License Agreement, you can terminate it by destroying all provided packages and copies.
These disagreements don't compel us to provide any future assistance or a return of the paid sum.
Regrettably, you won't be eligible for a refund if you fall into one or more categories.
Refund claims received after 15 days will be denied.
Suppose the product doesn't work as advertised, and you've never sought assistance. In that case, we only offer refunds if there's a problem with the extension's functioning, and our representative can only assist you if you provide all the necessary information.
However, our return policy doesn't cover customized work, installation expenses, or support fees.
Refunds for features not included in the extension won't be accepted as a refund reason.

Support

Customers who buy Elightwalk products (extensions) may receive technical assistance and bug fixes. The purpose of technical support and bug-fixing services that come with a product is to manage difficulties that the consumer encounters due to the product.

Any extension or service purchased from our website is accompanied by specific and restricted support.
The primary support service allows the client to report any faults encountered while using the product.
Elightwalk will try to resolve the bugs as quickly as feasible and in compliance with the Licence Agreement.
We are not required to offer support for Free Magento Extensions, but we will make every effort to do so if our technical team is available.
We provide support for our extensions and services, but we are not liable for any harm that you or your shop may experience, whether accidental or consequential.
Additionally, we are not obligated to support extensions altered or used unlawfully without authorization. In such a situation, we reserve the right to revoke the software license and take legal action.
We offer free 45 day support for all purchased extensions until you are delighted. To save time, customers must provide all necessary and required information.
Once you submit support issues or requests, they are queued for processing. Duplicating such cases or making repeated requests will not speed up the service and will be rejected.
If your support time has expired, the team may reject support requests. However, you can purchase support individually by contacting us.

Free support not cover the following services:

Check for compatibility with Magento and other software products
Integration of purchased products
Correction of an error that occurred during the installation
Error rectification during the buyer's software upgrade
Modification of modules/themes
Troubleshooting product integration
Magento performance tweaks and optimisation
Consultation with third-party developers
Updated product version with new modules or themes

The Rules of Governing

Suppose you continue using our extension or service after it has been terminated. In that case, you are obligated to pay any expenses, including attorney fees and damages incurred by us due to your misuse of our extension or services.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Gujarat, India, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Gujarat, India.

By accepting all the terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you are using our products, services, and support at your own risk. Additionally, Elightwalk reserves the right to modify this Extension & Service Licence Agreement at any time.

If you have any queries or difficulties or need assistance, our customer service representatives will respond quickly, usually within 24 hours.

Last Considerations

These terms and conditions will apply to the new client from the time the account is created until it is terminated in line with its terms.

Elightwalk has the right to cancel these terms and conditions at any moment by providing the customer with written notice. We have the right to make modifications and amendments to this agreement.

Any connections between the customer and Elightwalk are governed, in part, by the Website Terms. The Website Terms will take effect at the time mentioned in each of them.
